* Buyers may contract with Scott Auction to deliver items to the local UPS Packaging business for shipment to the buyer. Buyer must have arrangements (an account or prepaid) for shipping prior to delivery of items to packaging center. Items too large to ship via UPS will be the sole responsablilty of the buyer.
* Provided Buyer fails to pay as agreed, and Auction Firm or Seller incurs legal expense, Buyer agrees to reimburse all expenses and fees, and any legal action or court used for dispute resolution will be in the jurisdiction of the location of the auction firm.
* For internet-only auctions, Scott Auction reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
